紙カップで手軽に作れる【生シフォン】。今回はほうじ茶で作ってみましたが、お好きな茶葉でチャレンジしてみて下さい♪

 生地・卵(2)
   ・薄力粉(30g)
   ・砂糖(30g)
   ・ほうじ茶パック(4)
   ・サラダ油(小さじ2)

 クリーム・生クリーム120ml
   ・黒蜜(小さじ1)
   ・砂糖(10g)
   ・ほうじ茶パウダー(大さじ1)
225ml cup (makes 3)

・Egg (2)
・Cake flour(30 g)
・Sugar (30 g)
・Hojicha tea pack (4)
・cooking oil(2 tsp)
Cream
・Fresh Cream(120ml)
・Black Honey (1 tsp)
・Sugar (10 g)
・Hojicha Powder (1 tbsp)
